Persona Campaign
Objective: Build a social media campaign that brings awareness to Emerson’s wide range of graduate programs and generates leads
My role: Develop unique messaging for three main personas—creative visionaries, working professionals, and online learners—that highlight individual lifestyles and graduate degree needs of prospective students

Digital Communication Leadership Program
Objective: Re-engage prospective students who had expressed interest in the master’s in Digital Communication Leadership degree but hadn’t yet started an application
My role: Write persuasive primary text and overlay copy, reminding the audience of the program’s benefits and encouraging them to start their application with the Apply Now CTA
